These terms govern your use of Project Starter. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them, so please read them carefully.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement to use the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, infringe on the rights of others, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you store in the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, back up, and display it — solely to operate and improve the service.
Intellectual property
The service, including its design, software, and branding, remains our property. These terms do not grant you any rights to it beyond what is needed to use the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, and where reasonable we will notify you first.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
